Welcome to Main at Locust Pharmacy, a local family-owned and operated Quad City business, where "People First" is our motto. Service, Community, and Family Health are as important to us as they are to you.
Main at Locust is a service oriented business and includes:
- Main Healthcare Extended Care Pharmacy- A separately licensed business providing service for nursing homes, group homes, and other residential care facilities. Located at 2151 Kimberly Road in Bettendorf and 655 Liberty Way in North Liberty.
- Main Compounding Pharmacy-A separately licensed business, within the Main at Locust location, providing customized "compounded" medication to meet patient specific needs. Compounding allows physicians and pharmacists to address the unique needs of their patients, including those that have difficulty swallowing, have lactose intolerance, need gluten-free options, need to make medications taste better so their children will take them, or need medications for their pets.
- Freedom Pharmacy- A separately licensed business, within the Main at Locust location, providing Iowa residents, who have no insurance or who are under-insured access to medications they may be unable to afford.

Bring unwanted and expired medicines into a the pharmacy. We will dispose of them into the TakeAway system.
