Membership in Main at Locust's Medication Therapy Management (MTM) Program
The Medication Therapy Management (MTM) Program is an annual membership for
the services performed by our clinical pharmacists. The components
of this annual membership include one comprehensive medication review,
two follow-up medication review consultations, comprehensive drug
information question, over-the-counter consultations, and communication to
physician(s) per request of patient.
Additionally, members will receive a 10% discount on cash purchases of over-the-counter items at Main at Locust Pharmacy.
Normally, these services would cost over $300.00 if purchased separately, but Main at Locust is offering these services for the packaged price of $150.00
This program is ideal for the following individuals:

- Those individuals concerned about the out-of-pocket costs of their medications
- Those individuals who are taking supplements/herbals and have questions about the safety and effectiveness of these products

Alternatively, membership applications are located in several locations within the pharmacy. Ask any Main at Locust Pharmacy employee about the program and they will be happy to assist you.
