 Main Healthcare Pharmacy owns a proprietary long term care pharmacy computer systems that allows customization of medical records to meet the specific needs of each of our client facilities.
Information such as labs, or diet contained on the Physician's Order Sheet can be combined into custom reports that your staff can use for QA and updating of your files. We would provide these forms on a monthly basis as well as new medication administration and treatment records on the day of admission (records for emergency admissions after hours would be provided at your request on the next business day).
