Pharmacy Dispensing Systems
Main Healthcare Pharmacy works  with a variety of dispensing systems. We believe that it is impossible to offer only one type of dispensing system to our client facilities. By customizing the system to meet the needs of each facility, it allows for optimal patient safety as well as efficiency for the nursing staff. Two of our most common dispensing system are the 14-day Opus system (pictured above) and the monthly punch card.
 The nursing staff of the facility must be satisfied that the dispensing system meets their needs for safety, accountability & efficiency. In addition to providing the dispensing system that your staff would choose, we can arrange for all medication and treatment carts necessary to meet the needs of the nursing staff.
Main Healthcare Pharmacy would also provide Emergency Medication and Convenience Boxes that are tailored to meet your residents' needs and approved by your Director of Nursing and Medical Director. These boxes are completely exchanged after each use to allow for close monitoring of contents and to ensure that all items are in date.
